THE FLAT ROCK TASTING
Walk-in welcome; up to 6guests.
The Flat Rock Tasting brings to life the convivial spirit of wine and encourages conversation and enjoyment at your own pace. In the architecturally stunning 360 Tasting Room, you’ll sample four award-winning wines of your choice while taking in views unlike anywhere else in the world. Mingle at the tasting bar or grab a seat and experience true wine country hospitality with our team of Rockstars.
$20 per flight. Includes 4 wines. Approximately 30 minutes.
The Flat Rock Tasting is complimentary for Club on the Rock Members (up to 6 people per visit).
THE CAPSTONE EXPERIENCE
Reservations recommended; up to 4 guests.
Setting the new standard for hospitality in Niagara, The Capstone Experience offers guests an unforgettable combination of luxury, storytelling and sensory excitement.
Taking place in The Observatory; our newly renovated, tasting room that immediately captivates with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the iconic Flat Rock Vineyard, Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted and whisked away to your own private table set with Riedel’s varietal specific stemware to enhance each wine’s true character. A Senior Rockstar will lead you on a journey through the current vintages of our Capstone Series wines: Gravity Pinot Noir, The Rusty Shed Chardonnay and Nadja’s Vineyard Riesling, plus a special selection from the cellar. Each wine is perfectly paired with a curated plate of local cheese and charcuterie to compliment the experience.
The wines of the Capstone Series represent the culmination of our soil, climate and over 20 years of winemaking experience coming together to create the ultimate expressions of our unique single-vineyard. These wines are only available at the winery and in limited quantities based on vintage variation and winemakers selection.
$30 per experience. Includes 4 Capstone Series wines and food pairings. Approximately 60 minutes.
The Capstone Experience is $20 for Club on the Rock Members (up to 6 people per visit).
BACKSTAGE TOUR
Reservations recommended; up to 10 guests.
Step behind the scenes, beyond the tasting room, and immerse yourself in the wondrous process of making world-class wine. A Senior Rockstar will lead you on this 30-minute private venture into the lifecycle of wine from the vine to your dinner table. You will begin in the vineyard, discussing our sustainable farming practices, and follow the journey of grapes through the state-of-the-art five-level gravity flow production facility and down into the barrel cellar. Sample three of our signature wines along the way as you learn the secrets behind our international success.
$25 per person. Includes private tour and 3 wines. Approximately 30 minutes.
The Backstage Tour is 50% off ofr Club on the Rock Members (up to 6 people per visit).

Cancellation Policy: A credit card is required at the time of booking all tours to secure your reservation. We require 48 hours notice to cancel your tour without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% deposit charge. No shows without notification will be charged the full tour amount. Cancellation penalties will be charged to the credit card on file.
