IN THE WINEMAKER'S BOOTS
Your chance to be a winemaker for a day!
Built around the belief that wine is all about the experience, President Ed Madronich and Winemaker Andrea Pérez Castillo have created a unique opportunity for guests to experience winemaking firsthand — from vineyard to bottle. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of what Flat Rock Cellars does, how it’s done, and most importantly, why.
Each full-day session includes a hands-on winemaking experience, a family-style lunch shared with Andrea and other members of the winery team, and a special take-home gift. The lunch reflects a true Winemaker’s Table — a well-earned break after a morning of hard work, where everyone gathers around a long table to share a hearty meal, great conversation, and plenty of laughter before heading back out to the vines or cellar for the afternoon.
