2006 Seriously Twisted (06013)

This recently named wine is a secret blend of barrel fermented varietals. Each component was vinified and aged separately in French oak barrels. The majority of the components were aged in older barrels.

Lees were stirred weekly until the desired mouth feel was achieved while still preserving the aromatic character.
