"Ten months of oak ageing have given this wine a richness that speaks to the white wines of Beaune. Those characteristic Burgundian aromas of apple and barnyard notes are immediately apparent on the nose. 52% of the wine was fermented and aged in 10 months in French oak (48% in stainless steel). The wine is medium-bodies with a round, soft mouth-feel. The fruit is ripe with the flavour of buttery, tropical fruit and caramel ending on spicy oak. A very elegant wine.
