In the Winemaker's Boots

Have you ever dreamed of being a winemaker? To care for the vines, understand the science behind the winery, and experience first hand the magic of life in a vineyard?
If so, then you should join us at Flat Rock for a walk “in the winemaker’s boots”. Whether you have only a few hours, or have the time to really dig deep, our Winemaker Ross Wise and Proprietor Ed Madronich will walk you through what they do, how it’s done and why they do it.
Read about the experience of Gord Stimmell from The Toronto Star, or Michael DiCaro from Spotlight Toronto when they spent a day In the Winemaker's Boots.
